KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

VEGAS 101

THE BASICS

For those not "in the know," that's ok. We all started somewhere. That said, here's answers to common questions we've received from people.

Should you have questions not addressed here, please feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to answer.

ASK A QUESTION

General

What if I have extra people in my party?

Notify us ahead of time! Larger parties may require a table with additional space and a difference in reservation minimum.

Empower us to accommodate you! Be up front with your host and ensure the best possible outcome. We will do our best to reasonably accommodate your party.

I have people showing up later. How do I get them in?

This is best handled with your on-site VIP host. If you booked a table that can accommodate late additions, your guests may check in at the table reservation line under the party name or get ahold of your VIP host for entry.

Will I have to wait in line?

There is always a chance of a line. To avoid a wait, coordinate an arrival time with your Vegas Club Life contact and arrive on time to ensure your entry is as swift as possible!

How much are bottles?

On average, bottles start at $500 and do not include tax and gratuity. One bottle typically accommodates a party of four people.

Dayclubs and nightclubs may offer specials. Contact Vegas Club Life to ensure we secure the right deal for you and your party!

Was my card charged twice?

Most of the time, one of the charges will say "pending." This means the card was initially authorized to ensure your account can cover the charge. The pending charge traditionally drops off in 3-5 business days.

For anything appearing afterwards, we ask that you please contact the venue directly to expedite the process, since we are not authorized to discuss these details on your behalf.

Is smoking allowed?

Yes.

Can we smoke marijuana at your club, since Nevada passed recreational laws?

No. All day and nightclubs operate under federal and national laws, not state laws.

I lost my ID. Can you get me in?

In short, no.

The Nevada Gaming Control Board oversees the licensing for hotel casinos and is very strict about ID verification. Clubs have been shut down permanently for allowing underage entrance. You must have a government issued picture-ID.

Expired licenses and paper copies, even those from the DMV, are NOT acceptable forms of ID. Bring a backup ID, like a passport. Traveling from outside the US? You MUST bring a passport, as international IDs are generally not accepted.

In some rare occasions, if the patron doesn't plan on paying for anything using a credit or debt card and is visibly over 40 years of age, venue staff may make an exception. Please contact us BEFORE arriving to address any questions you may have.

I lost my ID, debit card, and/or other belongings. Where can I recover them?

In most instances, anything turned in will be sent to the hotel's lost and found department.

Personal items such as credit cards and IDs are more often turned in to the venue's security desk. This is typically done at the end of an employee's shift, so patrons have a greater likelihood of recovering lost items more quickly.

Daylife

Is there re-entry?

Most pools offer this, unless it's a holiday weekend or particularly busy night. You may request a stamp that allows for re-entry, and it is never guaranteed. Every pool is different. Ask your Vegas Club Life host and we'll do our best to make your experience a breeze.

Do dayclubs serve food?

All dayclubs serve food and have a wide range of menu items.

"I saw someone show up to the pool wearing shorts. Nothing weird about that, right? They got turned away. Swim suits only, no regular shorts allowed. They had to go back to their hotel and change while their friends walked in. If I didn't know ahead of time, that would've been me... and showing up after your group's already walked in isn't easy either. Seems so trivial but Vegas Club Life helped me avoid a major headache. Thank you."
